Granite Bay homes built around 1987 often carry wider, heavier doors on standard track hardware. Here's why that combination throws doors off-track and what the fix costs.
The fault we see most in Granite Bay isn't a door that jumped the track from one bad hit. It's a door that's been fighting its own hardware for years and finally lost.
